5.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used by the Member for their most recent deposit, subject to merah44's withdrawal procedures and verification requirements. merah44 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification prior to processing any withdrawal.
5.2 Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed on the Platform at the time of request. Processing timeframes vary by payment method and are indicative only; merah44 does not guarantee specific processing times.
5.3 Where a Member has an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement, the full amount of the real-money balance (net of any locked bonus funds) remains available for withdrawal at any time. Locked bonus funds are forfeited upon withdrawal request if wagering requirements have not been satisfied.
5.4 merah44 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal and conduct further investigation where fraud, terms abuse, or suspicious activity is suspected. merah44 will communicate the basis for any such hold to the Member within a reasonable timeframe.
